A Metal Sound Track to Halloween

October 30, 2007 by Scott

snelly-jack-o-lantern-jpeg.jpgI figured I would put together a list of some great metal songs to be a so called sound track to Halloween. If I missed something that you feel would be a good addition, by all means add it in the comments section. These are just a few songs that I think contrast well with the “Holiday”. Check it out.

Iron Maiden: Number Of The Beast. (c’mon, it’s a given)
Misfits: Halloween (1 of course)
White Zombie: I’m Your Boogyman
Dimmu Borgir: Twisted Sister “Burn In Hell” cover
Black Sabbath: Children Of The Grave
Death: Zombie Ritual
Entombed: Hallow man
Gwar: Sick of You
Megadeth: Good Morning/Black Friday
Mercyful Fate: Curse Of The Pharoahs
Slayer :Black Sabbath Hand Of Doom cover

Well These are just a few that I can think of. I’m sure there are a lot more out there you could add to this list. It’s just something I threw together real quick.

I don;t think I put enough thought into this list. I threw it together quite quickly before I went to work. Next time I’ll put more time and effort into it.
