As I Lay Dying: An Ocean Between Us
You know with all the crap out there in Metal these days it’s hard for me to find something new to like. I have to scour the racks, thumbing throught the old shit, sifting through the new shit just to take a handful of CD’s to the listening station and not like a damned one of them.
As I Lay Dying’s new release, An Ocean Between Us was the best I could find the other day and I’m not disappointed at all. Produced by KSE guitar player Adam Dutkiewics on Metal Blade Recordings, this album is pretty cool. The title track has a Linkin Park sounding chorus to it but other than that its a cool song. You know I keep my CD reviews short so in closing I’ll just say that overall its a good buy and worth a listen if you get a chance before you buy. This is my first AILD cd but I’m sure it won’t be my last.

After first hearing about As I Lay Dying, I immediately went out and bought this album! It’s awesome and sounds great!
