Beatallica…WTF? This Is Brilliant

Beatallica? Yes this is actually old news. They have been around for awhile now and released their debut album “Sgt Hetfields Motorbreath Pub Band” back in July. Now I know what your thinking. The Beatles and Metallica…but how? Well I’ve listened to a few tracks and I’m still asking that same question, but somehow they make it work.
Fusing Metallica style riffs and lyrics in with classic Beatle tunes seems all to easy for these guys. The singer doing his best…probably THE best James Hetfield impersonation I’ve heard. Give them a listen with the songza players below and let me know what you think!

Been listening to these guys for a while now. LOVE their stuff. The most perfect combination of Metallica and the Beatles that could ever be.
That first one was so quiet, I wasn’t aware it WORKED until I left the computer for a moment leaving it playing…

Reminds me of Dread Zeppelin (Elvis singing raggae covers of Led Zeppelin songs). Peaks my interest and earns my respect, but not something I can listen to more than a couple times a year…
yeah good novelty factor but in the same category as Hayseed Dixie, amusing the first time…
I agree with you guys on that. It’s cool, but it’s not something that would get listened to on a regular basis. If I bought it, it would be something that I would pull out during a party or something just to get a kick out of it and get some people laughing.
You have to give these guys credit though for being able to fuse this kind of stuff together.

man, this is terrible. if metallica isn’t bad enough on their own, these douchebags butcher beatles songs in metallica’s pseudo-metal drunken-redneck style. there should be a law against this band existing. three thumbs to the ground. and for the record, that guy doesn’t sound like hetfield. he sounds like a cross between hetfield and weird al yancovich. like james hetfield singing through his nose.
i listen to a shit load of music and i love the beatles but i gotta say metallica is one of the worst band i have ever heard they suck and they are all no talents and you can say stuff to me all you want but they suck and im not changing my opinion for you fuckface
