In an effort to keep people interested in the new material being released sometime thie year, MissionMetallica.com launches in may. MissionMetallica.com is suppsoed to let you “experience” the new Metallica CD before it’s finished.
Here’s an idea. Do what every other succesful band is doing that works. Stream it on Myspace about a month before it’s released. So many bands are doing this and getting rave reviews and great releases. Of course I’m sure yuo can just download it for free when it comes out. After all…That’s what Lars wants you to do!
I’m going to download it from Limewire and not listen to it.
Im probably going to buy this just to eb the cynical bastard that I am and talk trash about it.
Maybe, just maybe, and I’m really hoping this won’t be the case and it will actually be a great record…we’ll see
I hope this one is better than the last, i was very very unhappy with st.anger thought that they tried to hard or not hard enough lol. lets hope the went back to what made them monsters of metal in the first place.
Me too, Eric. St Anger was supposed to be their return to glory and it was just revolting how terrible it was…we’ll see what rick ruben does for them.

This new Metallica album will be their better album since Justice… I’m pretty sure of it..

Metallica has 2 good albums. RTL and MoP. KeA sounds exactly like a Diamondhead album and all the rest suck. Why do they get so much respect when they haven’t released anything good in almost 25 years?

well I’d love to tell you that I won’t post anymore Metallica info, but the truth is I’m still holding on to a sliver a hope for the next record. If that one sucks then I’m writing them off. Besides I like poking fun of them too and there are still people that want to read about them.
because they are metal gods/maybe the best ever. you know thats why you keep them on your site. What ever happened to the big 5? Metallica,Slayer,Anthrax,Exodus,Testament? Only two of them are still around and why? Because they f**king rule!!!
