Choosing Death: The Improbable History Of Death Metal & Grindcore

September 13, 2008 by Scott

choosingdeath_book_cover This has been out for some time now. About 4 tears I think. I have never found it in a book store and I’m one of those people that rarely buys books online, but I think I might check it out some time.

You can check out 2 excerpts from the book Here and Here in PDF format

It even has a soundtrack with a bunch of bands from the genre.

Go to Choosingdeath.com to find out more or you can order the book from Amazon.com or the CD from Relapse Records.

lol, thanks. I’m a little retarded today…er…everyday. At first I had no clue what you were talking about and said to myself “Why is that funny?” and then it kind of dawned on me. lol

This was quite the intersting book. But it should really be called ” The Story of napalm Death…and a little bit on some other Bands”. I enjoyed it, but like I said it does tend to concentrate on Napalm Death and the bands associated with them ( ENT, Carcass, etc)
