Dan Donegan Is No Eddie
When I saw this cover of Guitar World Magazine I thought it was kind of insulting to Iron Maiden. If they gave Guitar World permission to do it then I question Iron Maiden’s credibility, but I doubt that’s the case and I also doubt they needed permission. I don’t think Dan Donegan is a bad guitar player at all. I just don’t dig this mockery (Or tribute whatever they want to call it) of a classic Iron Maiden work of art. Now if it was Dave Murray or Adrian Smith that would be a different story.

i think that you have to take this kind of publicity stunt with a grain of salt, it is inevitable that people will do stuff like this i would just see it as a tribute to iron maiden’s influence on the metal world –log
