Death Metal Week

This week I will be doing a piece each day featuring a death metal band of my liking. I am going to dig deep into my collection (or just unzip my caselogic) and pull some older stuff out and do a quick what when and where type bit on them. Below you will see the line up for the week and perhaps I will do this again sometime…
Monday- Morbid Angel
Tuesday- Death
Wedensday- Cannibal Corpse
Thursday- Deicide
Friday- Carcass
Saturday- Dissection

YES!!!! There is no greater sound then downtuned guitars, double bass drums, and vocals that sound like they are coming from Satan himself. Sad that is is only a week of Death metal. And to write about Dissection? I think I would have preferred Suffocation, or maybe Napalm Death, but this is your column. Still, it rocks!! Hail Satan, and Hail Morbid Angel!!!
I’ve given more thought about the whole dissection thing. I may either cut out that whole day or change the band that day. Enjoy
