Dragonforce New Album Title and Track List

Dragonforce’s new album to be released August 26th via Roadrunner Records will be titled Ultra Beatdown and will no doubt beat you down with boredom and flashbacks of post Atari age Nintendo/anime theme sounding songs. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I will be refusing to listen to it.

Holy crap is that guy playing a hand held synthesizer?? I thought those went out of style with bands like Devo, Oingo Boingo, and the Buggles. It sort of looks like the bastard son of a sexual interlude between that super famous Eddie Van Halen guitar ( red and white patteren ) and any keyboard on the face of the earth.

I saw Dragonforce last night in Chicago and their live sound was HORRIBLE! The only reason I wanted to hear them was for the shredding and it was totally drowned out by the drummer. Plus lets remember that they can record a song in the studio as many times as they want to get it right. Herman Lis solos were pretty good but that other dudes playing wasnt anything to brag about. Maybe they were all just high and drunk and told the sound guys to drown them out….I give them a C+ and thats being generous
