Guitar Hero: Metallica Complete Set List
January 24, 2009 by Scott
Via Metallica.com, here is the complete set list for Guitar Hero: Metallica. I think they did a pretty good job putting together the set-list for the Metallica songs. Minimal St. Anger and Death Magnetic tracks make it well worth while. Most of it is Black Album and prior. Some of the other band songs are songs that they have covered, so that’s cool too. Guitar Hero: Metallica drops on March 29th. Check it out.

Pretty sweet list. Loving that they have Fade to Black.. But no Ride the Lightning.. that’s just not right.
dont worry, this is metallica, there is more money to be made… you will get more dlc tracks..
Yeah, I imagine more track will surely be made available for DL. I was playing World Tour with my son last night and I really, really hate the songs on that game.
If I’m going to be playing a Metallica game (I don’t own a console, for the record, so my comment is somewhat redundant), I expect three songs. …And Justice For All, Call of Ktulu, and Ride the Lightning. While for the most part, the setlist isn’t nearly as horrible as it easily could have been, the lack of these three make me sad. For the most part though, it’s OK, I guess. Good choices for non-Metallica songs, too. Really good.
i almost would get this just for the other artists on there. not gonna lie, i’m not the biggest metallica fan but i could play through this game just to get a samhain and mastodon song.
sure thier newer stuff sucks, a shadow of what the band used to be, but nobody can deny that metallicas guitar work is legenday pure talent backed by hate filled metal visionaries and the gaming world is using that to boost sales and lets face it, its working. but to not even put in ride the lightning a song anyone can get up and dance to! thats just weak poor choice of songs
