Korn Taking A Break, Not A Hiatus. Sounds The Same To Me.

A lot of people are saying “Good” and perhaps it’s for the better. I haven’t followed Korn much if at all since Follow The Leader. It seemed to be growing stale since then with the exceptions of a couple of cover songs they did since then. Perhaps when they start to get things rolling again they can bring something fresh to the table.
Jonathan Davis recently told The Pulse Of Radio: “We’ve been going 15 years, and we need to just chill out for a while,” he said. “And you know me, I got to keep playing, I got to write music so I don’t go crazy, so I decided it would be a perfect time to do this. It’s not like a hiatus or anything, we’re still all good, it’s just when everybody’s ready, we’ll go back together and go do it. We just need to recharge our batteries and get hungry again.”
Brian “Head” Welch recently released his solo debut album Save Me From Myself last week. I haven’t heard anything from this, so if anyone has any feedback on it feel free to let us know what it sounds like.

Korn has definitely taken a different, and arguably softer approach to their music lately. But I see potential in where they were headed. Let’s hope its truly a break and not an indefinite hiatus…
So yea since when was KoRn not taking a break, and David is where? Looks like an immanent demise. Head put out the video for Flush and the song sounds like not old Korn but, like Korn a few years ago with heavier vocals and the lyrics of an after school special. Can anyone say John Davis solo album?
