Limp Bizkit Reunion Won’t Be Complete Without Wes Borland

February 5, 2009 by Scott

iphotos051087-DVST05060540 I think it was back in September or so that we first heard rumors about Limp Bizkit reuniting. Since then I haven’t heard a thing about it and I’m kind of glad. Mlive.com interviewed former Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland and he said he was happy with his Black Light Burns project and he has “no plans on working with LIMP again.” Of course that doesn’t mean it won’t happen, especially in the tough times of this economy when everyone needs a little extra cash.

I think a lot of us have a little Limp Bizkit guilty pleasure here and there. I liked a few songs, not something I’m proud of but the image and the way Fred Durst acted made me hate him and the band. If we never see another Limp Bizkit album again, I would not be disappointed.

Has anyone heard any of his work with Black Light Burns? I’m just curious enough to ask, but just not interested enough to find out for myself.

You can check out the interview with Wes Here.

  1. It’s not that bad. I got it a while ago, got into it for a while and haven’t listened to it since though. May have to go give it another spin (BTW bought it for Borland alone – a terribly under rated guitarist)

  2. Tate says:

i haven’t heard much of black light burns, but what i have seems to be pretty good. one of those albums i always mean to check out but forget about.

  3. bill says:

i listened to black light burns on their myspace… it was mediocre.

i did like his solo thing big dumb face, though.
