Wow! It’s hard to believe we are already through the first month of the new year. It’s been a great start. MetalMartyr.com has grown this month thanks to the readers and we have some great things coming up.
February Contest: February’s contest will be for my slightly used iPod shuffle. I have had this since right before Christmas and it’s been fun but it’s time to upgrade. We’ll be holding a contest sometime this month to find one lucky winner. The iPod is in like new condition, still with the same packaging it came in and will be chock full of good stuff. Unfortunately this contest is only open to US and Canadian residents.
March Interviews: I will be attending a concert in Charlotte, NC and will be meeting up with All That Remains and Black Tide for a video interview with both bands. If all goes well I’ll try to see if can bring back some goodies from the show to give away and some footage as well. I can’t wait! I’ll also be hitting up the NC Deathfest the weekend after the ATR show and I’ll see what I can bring back from that too.
On another note, I’ll be getting high-speed internet soon (I live in the sticks so it hasn’t been readily available until recent), so hopefully I’ll be able to take advantage of that and bring some interesting things to the Metal Martyr table, like video blogs and cool stuff like that, so you guys can see my ugly face and make fun of me!
One last thing. To all you hateful little cynics out there that have nothing better to do than be a critic of someones spelling or grammar…I love you. XXOO. You guys give me a reason to get out of bed in the morning eat my lucky charms and stretch my two typing fingers just so I can keep you guys busy doing what you do best. Yes, that was a run-on sentence. Thank you. See you next month!
