New Poll: Obama Vs. McCain
September 29, 2008 by Scott
The first round of U.S. Presidential Candidate debates was on the other night. It was quite interesting even though I wasn’t totally paying attention. I don’t know where the hell this is going to go. I mean I would be a fool to say that one or the other is going to do a better job than his opponent, however you never really know how well a Candidate is going to be until he/she is elected.
First off, you can not trust a word that comes out of their mouths 99% of the time. Running for the U.S. presidency is a campaign of telling the people what they want to hear and convincing them that you are the better person for the job. This past year and a half has pretty much been a battle of bad-mouthing and from what I have seen everyone is throwing the stones at Obama. I’m not saying that Obama hasn’t thrown any back, but he has sure as hell not done nearly as much as his opponents. During the debate when questions were asked, Obama answered them quite fully. McCain on the other hand would answer the question by reiterating how Obama doesn’t have the experience. George Bush has experience and look where that got us! Every questioned seemed like. And where the hell is Sarah Palin? Oh, that’s right, they sent her to “Interview School” to learn how to not sound like a moron, and have the answer to questions like “What color is the White House?”. Last time we had a Democrat in office we as a country were out of debt and our economy was pretty damn good, so what’s next? I really don’t know. I would like to think that the U.S. would be better off with Obama, but that probably won’t happen. I mean the lasy time we had to vote, we really didn’t have much of a choice. It was Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb-ass.
Anyway, all B.S. aside. Who would you vote for as it stands? Obama, McCain, or add your own candidate.
