Robb Flynn of Machine Head Wants to ‘Crush’ Limp Bizkit

Machine Head originally pulled out of the UK Sonisphere because Limp Bizkit had been added to the third slot of the festival. Now, Machine Head will be returning as special guests, and will share the stage with Limp Bizkit tomorrow in Knebworth Park, United Kingdom. They will take the stage right before Limp Bizkit.
Frontman Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit stated via Twitter that he was shocked to hear that Machine Head was pulling out based on their inclusion in Sonisphere. Robb Flynn responded by way of The Frontlines with the announcement:
“We’re going to f’ng CRUSH Limp Bizkit!!!!”
While I’m sure that no one has any doubt that Robb is stating simple fact, share your opinions with me. Should Machine Head of pulled out in the first place? Should Limp Bizkit be on this tour? Are they even relevant anymore?

why not … limp bizkit is a great band … and this festival is not only for machine head
In truth, immediately i didn’t understand the essence. But after re-reading all at once became clear.
As far as my understanding is, machine head were aproached and offered the slot at sonisphere.. whereas limp bizkit approached the organisers. if i was promised the third slot at a festival like that and then got bumped down for a band no one has heard anything from in almost 10 years, just because they want to make a comeback.. i’d be a little annoyed too.
Yeah, I am on Flynn’s side with this one. Limp Bizkit hasn’t done a thing in so long, they’ve pretty much become obsolete. Actually, even what they were doing 10 years ago made them obsolete.
I don’t like either of them. Flynn is obviously annoyed that Limp Bizkit is playing. THis is just Rock Star Ego drama . Limp Bizkit hasn’t really done anything for a while . To their disadvantage Wes Borland quit the band again. What would really make limp bizkit better would be kicking out Fred Durst.
