Behemoth is set to release their 9th full length studio album titled Evangelion on August 11th through Nuclear Blast Records in Europe and Metal Blade in North America. The 11 song album will also be available in a digi-pack which includes a DVD of behind the scenes footage and artwork. Behemoth frontman Adam Darski, also known as “Nergal” is suing Ryszard Nowak, the head of the All Polish Committee For Defense Against Sects . Nergal claims that slander was committed against him by Nowak in an interview where Nowak calls him a criminal, according to Metal Portal.
