Drowning Pool was interviewed by Thomas S. Orwat Jr of GlamMetal.com on September 5, 2009. This was filmed on the last day of Crue Fest 2, and you can tell they’re just friggin’ exhausted. I wish I’d been able to make it to one of the shows this year, from all reports they were all pretty much bad ass.

The live segments of “37 Stitches” were shot at the Palladium Ballroom in Dallas, Texas.  The rest of the video was also shot in Dallas as lead singer Ryan McCombs shot his vignette at Reno’s Bar & Grill, drummer Mike Luce’s vignette was shot at Elm Street Tattoo and finally, guitarist C.J. Pierce and bassist Stevie Benton shot their vignettes at their homes with their wives.

Another interesting note about the video is that the older couple featured in the clip are the parents of Dave Williams, Jo and Charlie Williams.  Dave was of course the original lead singer of …read more
