The month of March was quite interesting. A lot of great things happened for me and a few great CD’s came out this month. When I was offered the opportunity to review Marc Canter’s Reckless Road Guns N’ Roses And The Making Of Appetite For Destruction I jumped on it. Bach and Roses

Well I guess that Sebastian Bach didn’t think his voice sucked enough on his new record so he called in another former excellent vocalist to help make it suck even more. Don’t get me wrong here. I love the old GnR and Skid Row. In their day they were two very unique vocalists but these days…eh..how you say?…not so good.
A Big “Cover” Up
In some news lately, Korn revealed that they are going to be working on a cover album. Cover albums are great because we all love to hear our favorite bands covering other people songs…but why does it seem that bands tend to put out cover albums when all else is in the crapper?

It seems GnR had a great show in Japan recently and played a full 2 hour show. It went so well that after the band had left the stage Axel and guitar player “Bumblefoot” came back out to play a rare duet encore of “Don’t cry“.
