Death Metal Jonas Brothers and Lamb of God Smooth Jazz Versions

I can’t stop laughing here. I was checking out Scott’s Hook in Mouth and came across an entry about a Radio Disney version of Slipknot’s “Wait and Bleed“. Being full of wtf, I had to check it out, and it’s absolutely brilliant. The person who created that little chunk of comedy gold is named Andy Rehfeldt, and he has created other “shreds”. Check out the death metal version of Jonas Brothers doing their song “Paranoid” below, followed by Lamb of God’s “Set to Fail” all jazzed out!

Iron Maiden “The Trooper” Mashup

I think The Trooper was one of Iron Maiden’s best songs, loved it as a kid, love it now. So while listening to this mashup of The Trooper with The Monkees’ I’m a Believer, my kid came running out and yelled “Shrek!”, which made me realize how much the music of our childhood can make us grin. Yes, a song about charging headlong into battle knowing you face certain death makes me smile. Especially when mixed this way:

Steel Panther has just unleashed their video for “Community Property” upon us, and it is absolutely hilarious. “Community Property” is a touching, heartfelt song about the tedium of touring and being away from the one you love, while having to give a piece of yourself to all of your fans.
