Last night (Oct. 30), Slipknot performed their song “Snuff” from All Hope Is Gone on Jimmy Kimmel Live. I’m glad that the late night shows are starting to showcase metal acts, and this one actually sounds almost decent for once.

More Slipknot news. Slipknot cancelled their show at KISW’s Pain in the Grass in Seattle Saturday, due to a sudden illness that required drummer Joey Jordison to be hospitalized. No mention was made of exactly what the problem was, but Joey was expected to be ready for last night’s show at the Kennewick Toyota Center in Kennewick, WA. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Ok, earlier today I know I said no more Slipknot news for at least 72 hours and I meant it. I even saw something shortly afterwards about a iTunes pre-order for All Hope Is Gone and I refrained from posting that or even updating the last ‘knot post to reflect that news…but this is kinda big.
