Bison b.c. of Vancouver B.C. are preparing to kick off their September/October tour with Georgia’s Kylesa. They will join the Planet Caravan Festival in North Carolina on September 18th with Clutch, Pentagram, Wino, Burst, and many other bands.

Kylesa Bring the Noise With Static Tensions

Savannah, Georgia’s Kylesa bring the noise once again with their third release on Prosthetic Records, Static Tensions. When I say noise I don’t necessarily mean noise in a bad way, I totally mean it in a brass knuckles to the temple, good way.
Dual down tuned guitars make for a sludgy, psychedelic yet bright mix with an onslaught of heavy riffs that are simplistic but catchy enough to really enjoy. The guitars also have a sense of melody that accentuates Static Tensions with a show of progression from their last album Time Will Fuse It’s Worth.

An update from Savannah, Ga.’s KYLESA: “It’s been a while since our last update so here you go: We’ve been writing a new record over the past few months and we’re about to head to the Jam Room studio on Monday [July 21] to begin tracking.
