Australia’s Goth Rockers Temujin
June 23, 2008 by Scott
The Goth rock scene in the United States went underground just as quickly as it came. Bands like Lacuna Coil and Evanescence (If you want to call them goth) popped onto the scene, but the genre went back underground (in the U.S. anyway)without giving many other bands a chance to emerge. Many bands broke from the scene in order to stay on the mainstream and break from the “Trend”, while others stuck to their roots and soldiered on. One of those bands is indie label, Renaissance Records recording artist Temujin. With their latest release 1000 Tears. 1000 Tears brings …read more
Renaissance Records
June 22, 2008 by Scott
A while back I got some cd’s in the mail from Renaissance records. 4 of them to be exact. I wrote a quick review on the Legions Of Heatheria. That was a unique band with a strangely mixed sound that still somehow worked. 13 Heavy Metal Hotties!
August 10, 2007 by Scott
This is my tribute to some of Heavy Metal’s women. Some are not the prettiest but they rocked all the same…then there are some that didn’t quite rock but were worth using the mute button when the videos come on. Now I know that I probably left out a few significant ladies but I can’t post them all here and some I wish not to.
Some are old, some are new…and some are dead. None the less Each and every one has had some kind of impact on heavy metal or hard rock either past or present. Enjoy the eye candy.
