Welcome to the first Metal Martyr Video Blast Zone (yeah, I know it’s kind of cheezy, but I had to call it something). I’ve got 10 videos lined up. Some old, some older and some fairly new. I’m going to try to have a theme for these video blocks every week. No theme this week…just […]

Shawn Drover recently commented on the progress of Dave Mustaine’s new recording studio in San Diego California. Once the studio is up and running, preproduction can start on the next Megadeth Album. The follow up to 2007’s Untied Abominations and first record to include Chris Broderick to be produced by Andy […]

I was going through some old clothes yesterday and came across my first Megadeth T-shirt from the early 90’s. It’s from the Countdown To Extinction album and it was my first Megadeth t-shirt. I lived in a small town and band shirts were hard to come by back when I bought it in 1993. […]

Megadeth’s Peace Sells…But Who’s Buying? will be available for full album download for Rock Band 2 as well as the title track already being on the disk. I don’t own Rock Band and I rarely play Guitar Hero anymore, but I think this is pretty cool. I would love to play Black Friday, Devils […]

Revolver Magazine’s October issue had a segment called “Graphic Violence“. It featured album covers that were controversial due to graphic images of evil, death, sex, etc. They had some really good picks of some great albums. A few included are Pantera’s original concept for Far Beyond Driven, Nashville Pussy’s Let Them Eat Pussy album, […]
