The first time I saw Cannibal Corpse was in Baltimore at Hammerjacks back in 1996 I think. This was shorlty after Chris Barnes was replaced by George “Corpsegrinder” Fisher. Last Night (May 17th) Metallica played at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Ervine California for the annual “Weenie Roast” Sponsored by L.A. radio station Kroq. Among other classic Metallica songs (and a few not so classic), Metallica performed a cover of British punk band Anti-Nowhere League’s ‘So What’. Metallica has been covering this song for a long time and probably should be credited for making it famous in the states.
