Austrian Death Machine post a preview of ‘Double Brutal’
Via Metal Blade:
As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis and California frontman Ahhnold are back for round two with the release of AUSTRIAN DEATH MACHINE’s Double Brutal, the follow up to 2008’s highly successful (and, well, brutal) release, Total Brutal. With an appetite for all things barbarous, AUSTRIAN DEATH MACHINE ups the ante with Double Brutal. This two-disc goliath features one disc of all new heavy tracks in the tradition of all of Ahhnold’s greatest cinematic moments and a second disc of cover songs including songs originally performed by METALLICA, MEGADETH, MISFITS, JUDAS PRIEST and more, with cover art once …read more
Glenn Danzig Needs A Hug
February 25, 2009 by Scott
I love the music of Glenn Danzig, whether it’s The Misfits, Samhain, Glenn Danzig or the Black Aria discs, although nothing after Danzig 4 get’s a much, if any rotation time on my iPod. Here is an interview by Eric Blair for the Blairing Out With Eric Blair Show. Someone please give this dude a hug and erase some of that hate from his heart.
Misfits Reunion In The Works…Or Just More Stupid Rumors?

The Misfits | Resurrection Of The Lost Arts
I cleared out my iPod Shuffle the other day and reloaded it with more variety of music then just all Metal like it was before. In the process I loaded every studio song from the Misfits. The old Misfits. This only took a fraction of my iPod space because as you know Misfits songs are pretty short.
Live Bands: The Good, The Bad, and the Absolute Terrible.
August 5, 2007 by Scott
Friday I was at F.Y.E., you know, the place that generally sell CD’s and DVD’s for about 6 dollars more than anywhere else. Anyway, I found a Megadeth CD entitle “Extended Versions” with a lest of songs that vary from albums through their career. I thought that it was a CD with extended versions of these songs but I overlooked the words “Recorded Live”. When I got out to the car and put it in the CD player thats when it became obvious to me that I bought a live CD. I normally don’t buy Live CD’s because 99% of …read more
