Not a bad mix tonight. I’m glad they dropped some of the videos from last week. All That Remains’ Two weeks starts things off and Toxic Holocaust finishes it up. I was never a Faith No More fan so I could do without that one. Back in it’s day, I used to hear people say "He’s got an evil sounding voice" whenever they heard the "What is it" part of Epic and I always used to say, "Damn, you must never have listened to any metal then."

But hell, you get the new Amon Amarth Video in there so you can’t complain too much. I think they should go back to the two hour show and throw more older videos in there, but that’s just me.

HeadBangers Ball Playlist for 5/3

OK, I like a lot of these videos, but Jesus they need to either find some more videos to play. Some older ones perhaps because it’s getting a little repetitive. The least they could do is cut some commercials and add a few more videos. Lets say the average video is 4 minutes long give or take. That’s about 80 minutes of videos and about 40 minutes of commercials? There is not that many damn commercials during a Road Rules or Real World marathon for Christ sake! Maybe we should just be thankful that the corporate whores at Mtv are airing this much music (Let alone Metal) in a two hour period. On the list I could do without the Mars Volta and I’m getting a bit tired with The Sword video. I love the new cd but this video gets a bit boring after the first 3 times.
