NAMM, not “The Nam”. This isn’t 1968. NAMM or National Association Of Music Merchants as it was once called is being held on January 15-18 in Anaheim, California and July 17-19 in Nashville Tennessee.
Anybody who is anybody is scheduling appearances, mainly for endorsements for the guitar and amp companies so they can show off their chops and continue to get free gear. Unlike some other sites I don’t plan on mentioning every time someone schedules a NAMM appearance or even utters the word NAMM. According to Blabbermouth.net, Trivium have announce who will be producing their next record during their NAMM appearance. Here is a short excerpt quote of the Blabbermouth post:
