We (my friend Martin and I) got to the the venue (The National) in Richmond Virginia about an hour before my first interview of the event with Corey Beaulieu of Trivium. Things didn’t go quite as planned last Saturday at the All That Remains and Trivium show. The tour manager had some issues with her Mac-book that had to be resolved and it through off my interviews. I didn’t get to interview Phil Labonte as planned but I did get to speak to Mike Martin and Oli Herbert, which was cool too. I did shoot about 200 pictures of the band during the first 3 songs. I was shooting a lot because we were not aloud to use flash so I had to get the settings on my DLSR just …read more
