The Number 12 Looks Like You? I hope their tunes are better than their name. Someone enlighten me, please. Scale The Summit are heading out with Protest The Hero to support their latest release Carving Desert Canyons. If you haven’t checked that out yet, do so. Also check out their last album Monument, which is a killer instrumental album by the band. I’m not sure who’s opening for who. It also looks like Misery Signals will be a part of this tour too.

Protest The Hero…Now I’m Hooked
Protest The Hero: Fortress. So I’ve had a chance to listen to the Protest The Hero Fortress album that has been the big rave of just about every other Metal Blog that posts news with personality.
I first downloaded Sequoia Throne from iTunes and it still wasn’t enough for me to really get a good fix on them. The song didn’t do a lot for me; though it was good. Protest The Hero…What’s The Deal?

Perhaps I didn’t give this more of a chance but I have heard so much good things about it, I went and sampled the new Protest The Hero cd today. I’ve heard it described as emo/prog/thrash and it the music sounded great when I was listening, but I couldn’t get into the clean vocals.
