Mikael Akerfeldt seems like a pretty down to earth and collected dude. I suppose to make the music that Opeth does, you have to have an immense amount of patience. I like In Flames Sense Of Purpose, but it didn’t have the effect that Opeth’s Watershed did on me. Up until about a year ago I was mainly in to American and British heavy metal. In Flames Sense Of Purpose is not supposed to be released until April 1st here in the states so when I found it on the shelf at a store that usually doesn’t carry this type of music I was pleasantly surprised and bought it. I know stores are supposed to follow guidelines on releases and this was probably an oversight on their part. Oh well, better for me I guess.
