I’m so glad that the Gigantour rumors have been shot down. I mean, I don’t expect to go to Gigantour, but it’s the principle of it all. I would also hate to see what would become of Gigantour and the reputation of Megadeth and Dave Mustaine had these rumors been true. The last few days you’ve seen then as “Rumors” and a few sites have even “Confirmed” these to be true. I put confirmed in quotations because I didn’t see it confirmed by Dave or anyone else associated with Megadeth.

Shawn Drover recently commented on the progress of Dave Mustaine’s new recording studio in San Diego California. Once the studio is up and running, preproduction can start on the next Megadeth Album. The follow up to 2007’s Untied Abominations and first record to include Chris Broderick to be produced by Andy Sneap.
