If you have already read any other reviews on Amon Amarth’s new record Twilight Of The Thunder God then you know what they are saying. It’s nothing really new or different from their last cd, With Oden On Our Side. It’s just another Amon Amarth album. It’s like a continuation of With Oden’. It’s heavy, filled with great metal rhythms and riffs, typical Amon Amarth solos and lyrics about Viking stuff. Amon Amarth have posted the new song Guardians of Asgaard from their upcoming September 30th release, Twilight Of The Thunder God on their Myspace.
Twilight Of The Thunder God will be available in various forms:
1. Jewelcase CD including full album and 24-page booklet.
2. Limited Deluxe Collector’s edition three-disc-set in a special DVD-sized book including full album, a bonus CD and a bonus DVD.
