That (Dated) Metal Show With Eddie Trunk Continues

That Metal Show with Eddie Trunk will start back up again on March 7th on VH1 Classic. I’ll probably watch this when there is nothing better to watch for 30 minutes. This is what a part of the press release says.
VH1 Classic has mixed the best of “The View” with “Headbangers’ Ball” to create “That Metal Show.” This season metal heads will join Eddie, Don, and Jim as they welcome former Guns’ N Roses bassist and Velvet Revolver member Duff McKagan, Frank Bello from Anthrax, Pantera founder Vinnie Paul and Heaven and Hell, to name just a few.
Dated, dated, dated. Can they get guests that are in a currently successful band? I don’t mean to disrespect Heaven And Hell and Vinnie Paul, but it is quite obvious that Trunk and his “Trunk Monkeys” are so out of touch with the current metal scene. This show would have rocked…in 1988! I guess there is a reson it’s on VH1 Classic.

You’re a moron. Of course they’d have new metal acts if it wasn’t on VH1 CLASSIC!!! …… Keyword CLASSIC!… That means OLD! Next time, before you write a head-up-your-ass story, ask yourself, “Am I gonna look like an idiot when people read this?”
First off, Chris. Fuck you. They touted this show as being the next great metal show. Then it comes on and it’s all garbage with Eddie Trunk drooling all over KISS’ nuts for an hour. Apparently you enjoy it, though.
