November 20, 2008 by Scott
The Sword kicked off their tour yesterday in Fort Worth Texas. There tour will take them across the country to include crossing the northern border and eventually taking them to the UK. They will be supporting Metallica and Lamb Of God on some of these dates as well as headlining some of their own.
On November 25th they will release a special cd package set containing both Age Of Winters and Gods Of The Earth, titled (On Amazon.com anyway) The Sword Box Set. The cd package will be available at all live shows as well as on Amazon.com. If you have not had a chance to see The Sword live then you’re missing out on a great live show. Man, i didn’t get to go to see The Sword that one time when you went to see them in Raleigh, and was watching some live videos of them on the internet and i was really surprise, i mean those were great performances, cause i’ve seen pictures of them and listen to the songs, but watching those videos i was like: damn, how did i miss that show?.
You missed them again on the 12th. I wanted to take my son, but money was tight. Unearth is playing at the Lincoln on the 24th of January (Saturday). Lets hit that show up.
definitely man, i’ve seen them live 3 or 4 times but a love this band live.
