I don’t know what to make of this band. Folk metal? I suppose you could call it innovative or unique. I don’t want to be ignorant and bash them but I just can’t get into this…It’s kinda cool in it’s own way. I suppose you would have to be a fan of folk music too. It’s like Braveheart meets Motorgrater kinda, sorta, maybe. But the more I listen to this song the more I want to hear. Check out the live video

Turisas are not the best example of quality folk metal. The best I’ve heard by far are Eluveitie. Seriously recommend you check them out, they make it all fit together much better than Turisas.
