“On October 30, just in time for Halloween, the “Unholy Alliance Tour” DVD package will be released (American Recordings) and will feature the tour’s lineup — headliner Slayer, the undisputed kings of speed metal/thrash, and the “future of heavy metal contenders” — Lamb Of God, Mastodon, Children Of Bodom and Thine Eyes Bleed. The DVD will have an approximate running time of 90 minutes. ”

You wanna know what really blows goats? The tour lineup (minus Slayer) stopped in my city (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada) on their way through to Edmonton (to join up with Slayer again) AND I DIDN’T EVEN GO TO THE SWEET LITTLE AUDITORIUM GIG THEY PUT ON! Why? Because I had no one to go with… God I had my head shoved up my ass that day – I love Children of Bodom, Mastodon and Lamb of God.

Sorry to hear that, Brendan. Although I’m a new fan to the band I would love to see lamb of god and mastodon live. Sometimes you just gotta go alone. I missed a lot of good shows in Washington D.C. cause I had no one to go with. I’ve seen slayer live and it was one of the high points in my life with the exception of my wedding and children’s births…but it rates right up there with them!

  3. what is wrong with going to the show by yourself??? I go alone all the time. I see almost all the shows in ft. wayne, in and indy. If there is a band idont care for . I leave. I like it that way. no one hold me down!!!
