What If?…
Do you ever think about things and ask yourself, “What If_____?”
Like What if there Dave Mustaine was never kicked out of Metallica and there was no Megadeth. What would Metallica be like these days. Or perhaps what would Heavy metal be like if there was no Metallica in the first place. Now I know metal does not revolve around Metallica but there are so many bands that were influenced by them. Or even, what would Metallica sound like today if Cliff hadn’t be killed?
What if Black Sabbath never booted Ozzy? What would have Sabbath evolve into? Or what if Randy Rhodes didn’t die in that freak accident, would Ozzy eventually replaced him anyway?
What if Dimebag wasn’t murdered and there was still a possibility of a Pantera reunion with a sober Phil? Still kind weird to think about that crazy December night.
These are just a few of the “What If’s” I think about sometimes. It just makes you wonder…

I’m sure you mean well, but honestly, this is something everyones already thought of at least once. I’d rather hear some news or info I didn’t know, instead of conjecture on the impossible.

You know what, Man? This takes time, I don’t just sit on the internet all day and wait for news to come rolling in. I write. If all I do is post news, then all this is is like every other blog or repetitive metal news site out there. There is a human side to this site. I try to get some interactivity from my readers, I try to get people thinking. I post news. It may not be every bit of news about every band that comes across the wire but I post news that relevant, not news about every time Gene Simmons changes his underwear or useless news like that.

It takes time, to write a blog post that every single metal forum in the entire world has at least a hundred threads and a thousand posts about?
Interactivity from your readers is polls and competitions, not a shameless attempt at comment whoring.

This is my blog and I post what I want. If you don’t like it you don’t have to read it…but you did, and commented twice. Start your own blog if you think your someone “special”

I dont like it and I didn’t want to read it, but stumbleupon sends me to a different shitty blog every 2nd click, so I always tell the blog author exactly what I think, if only so they think twice before submitting their crap blog post to stumble again.

Yet you keep coming back to comment. I find it interesting that you take the time to comment on every site on stumble that you don’t like? Do you test drive cars you don’t like? do you sleep with women you don’t like? When I don’t like it I don’;t waste my time with it. Just click the thumbs down and stfu.

It doesn’t matter what you, The “king of the internet opinions” thinks about it, others seem to like what I post and one out of 50 doesn’t matter to me. Just keep commenting…every hit counts.

I often wonder about things too…like what the world would be like if people who didn’t like a blog just didn’t comment on them. Sort of like with Blabbermouth where every posting will get 300 ” dude that band sucks ” comments. Wait a minute, I think I did the same thing with the Dragonforce posting several articles back. oh well, write on man!!!

well you kinda did, Izzy, but it was a thought out opinion instead of thoughtless hateful banter. I speak my mind all the time, but if its something thats not worth wasting my time on, I move one. I see tons of useless garbage on stumble…but I just click the button and away it goes. I don’t own the internet so who am I to tell someone what should and should not be posted on the internet. For instance, I don’t care for bestiality videos, but there are people out there that do so who am I to tell someone it should be taken down…I don’t watch it, so it doesn’t matter to me…that easy. But it’s obvious that there are people like said above persons that think they can make a difference in the internet if they leave a comment, Like I’m going to remove a post cause he doesn’t like what I wrote….so in shorter words F–k ‘Em! >:D
